There is no banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to. No advertising tags, no cross site trackers and no profile being built as you read.

What this site keeps

The picker remembers the answers you gave it while the page is open, so that moving back a step does not wipe what you already told it. That memory lives in your browser and disappears when you close the tab.

Our host counts page loads to keep the site up and to show us which notes are being read. Those counts are not tied to a name and there is no identifier we could use to recognize you next week.

What the retail partner does

The partner runs their own site with their own storage, and following a buy button puts you inside it. Whatever they set at that point is described in their own policy, not in ours.

The only thing our button does is carry the identifier that tells them the visit came from this catalog. That is how a site with no checkout pays for itself.

Turning it off

Blocking storage in your browser settings costs you nothing here except the picker holding its place between steps. Every page, every note and every buy button goes on working exactly as before.

That is deliberate. A catalog that stops working when you decline to be tracked is a catalog that was built around the tracking rather than around the reading.
