Data we hold
This site has no account, no cart and no login, so most of what a privacy page usually describes does not exist here. What is left is worth stating exactly.
What we hold
If you write to the bench, we hold your message and your email address for as long as it takes to answer you and to remember the answer if you write again. That is the only thing you hand us directly.
Our host records the ordinary traffic facts that any web server records, and we look at them in aggregate to see which pages are read and which are ignored. None of it is sold, and none of it is used to follow you around.
What happens when you leave
A buy button sends you to our retail partner. From the moment you arrive there you are on their site under their policy, and they hold your name, your address, your payment details and your order history.
We never see any of it. We cannot look up your order, we cannot confirm what you bought and we could not hand your details to anyone if we wanted to, because they were never ours.
What you can ask us to do
Write to the bench and ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. For a site this simple that usually means one email thread, and deleting it is the work of a moment.
For anything attached to a purchase, ask the retail partner instead. They are the ones holding it, and only they can act on it.
What is your jack?
Two questions. The first is about the socket you plug into, because that rules more pairs in and out than anything else here. The second is about what you are actually doing while you wear them, because that is what each line was built around.
