The bench line
Questions about a line, a plug, a tip size or a page on this site land here, and a person reads them. Questions about an order do not, and it is worth knowing which is which before you write.
What we can actually answer
Which line suits an ear that everything falls out of. Whether a plug will fit a particular laptop. Why a tip seals on one side and not the other. What a sentence on this site was supposed to mean. Those are the letters we are good at, and they come back fastest.
Corrections count too. If something on this site is wrong, tell us bluntly and we will fix the page rather than argue with you about it.
What belongs with the retail partner
Where a parcel is, what was charged, changing an address, a box that arrived empty, a return that has stalled. All of that lives on the order page where you bought, and the people there can look at your order while we cannot see that it exists.
Sending those to us costs you time twice, because all we can do is tell you to write to them. It is not a brush off, it is that we genuinely have no window into it.
Where letters go
Email reaches the bench at the address printed in the footer of every page, and that is the route that works. Letters reach the street address below, which is an office with a filing cabinet in it.
What that address is not: a shop. There is no counter, nothing on a shelf to try on, and nobody there who can take a parcel back from you. Anything that needs sending back goes to the retail partner, never here.

What is your jack?
Two questions. The first is about the socket you plug into, because that rules more pairs in and out than anything else here. The second is about what you are actually doing while you wear them, because that is what each line was built around.
